ROBERTO Z. LORAYES
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lorayes is the Chairman and President of Strategic Equities Corporation and a Director of Vantage Equities Inc. and Pacific Asia Capital Corporation. In the past he served as Chairman, Board of Governors of the Philippine Stock Exchange, as President of Manila Stock Exchange, as President of UBP Securities, as President of Citicorp, Scringeour, Vickers, and as Chairman of the Investment Companies Association of the Philippines. He was also a Director of Philippine Central Depository. Prior to that, Mr. Lorayes was connected with the Bank of the Philippine Islands and Ayala Investment as Senior Vice President. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree and Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in De La Salle University. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University.

EDMUNDO MARCO P. BUNYI, JR.
President

Mr. Bunyi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Vantage Equities Inc. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of eBusiness Services Inc. and a Director of Yehey! Corporation. Mr. Bunyi was previously the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of International Exchange Bank. Prior to that, he was the Vice President in the Accounts Management Division of United Coconut Planters Bank. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.

JOSEPH L. ONG
Treasurer

Mr. Ong is the Treasurer of the Company. He became the Director of the Company in 2003. He is the President of Chemcenter Corporation (1997 – present), a company engaged in the importation and distribution of industrial chemicals, food and feeds raw materials. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from De La Salle University.

LEO MCGUIRE GARCIA
Independent Director

Mr. Garcia is currently the President of L.M. Garcia & Associates, Inc. and LMG Management and Promotions Corporation. He previously served as Treasurer of the Manila Stock Exchange. Mr. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from University of the Philippines and Associate in Arts from Ateneo de Manila University.

ANTONIO R. SAMSON
Independent Director

Mr. Samson is the President and CEO of Optimum Media Philippines, Chairman of Adverbum PR and a Director of Vantage Equities and Filcredit Finance. He is the President of the Manila Chamber Orchestra Foundation and the Metropolitan Museum, and the Chairman of the Advertising Foundation. He is also a columnist of Business World and Business Day Magazine. He previously served as Executive Vice President of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company and President and CEO of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and a Masters degree in Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

AURORA L. SHIH
Independent Director

Ms. Shih is currently the Director and Treasurer of the following Companies: International Copra Export Corporation, InterCo Manufacturing Corporation, ICEC Insurance Company, Inc. She is also a Director of Luys Securities Company, Inc. and ICEC Land Corporation. Ms. Shih graduated from the Ateneo de Zamboanga and University of the East.

RAMON Y. SY
Independent Director

Mr. Sy is currently the Chairman of the following companies: Ramsy Corporation, Philippine General Insurance Corporation, Xcell Property Ventures, Inc., Travelman, Inc., and Philippine Dealing System Holding Corporation. He is the President of the Bankers Association of the Philippines and holds directorships in the following corporations: Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, Meridian Assurance Corporation, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, Salcon Power Corporation, Asian Alliance Holdings and Development Corporation, Philippine Equities, Inc., Philippine Securities Settlement Corporation, Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation and Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation. He was formerly the President and CEO of International Exchange Bank. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Far Eastern University and Master of Business Administration from University of the Philippines. He also received a Doctor of Humanities (Honoris Causa) from Far Eastern University and Doctor of Public Administration (Honoris Causa) from Centro Escolar University.

WILSON L. SY
Director

Mr. Sy is currently the director of the following companies: Xcell Property Ventures Inc., Monte Oro Resources and Energy Inc., Monte Oro Grid Resources Corp., Vantage Equities Inc. and Yehey! Corp.  He was also a Director of listed companies such as International Exchange Bank, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Belle Corporation, Basic Petroleum & Minerals, A. Brown Corporation and Saniwares Manufacturing. Mr. Sy graduated with a Management Engineering degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.

WASHINGTON Z. SYCIP
Independent Director

Mr. Sycip is the founder of the SGV Group. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Board of Governors of the Asian Institute of Management and Honorary Chairman of the Euro-Asia Centre of INSEAD. He is the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange and a member of the following organizations: Harvard University Asia Center Advisory Committee, Board of Oversees Columbia University Graduate School of Business, the International Advisory Board of Council on Foreign Relations in New York and the American International Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of major corporations in Asia. Mr. Sycip graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Summa Cum Laude) and Master of Science in Commerce (Meritissimus) from University of Santo Tomas. He also received a Master of Science in Commerce degree from Columbia University in New York.
